    Hey,

Now my site ranking 1st "best mykeyword" for ex. assume that mykeyword is restaurant. Also ranking lots of best ... ... sub-keywords. Now in my main keyword when searched in google there is a big company listed in 4th assume that CompanyA.

Now Company B is biggest rival of Company A. And it is not listed for this keyword.

Okey if I sell my site to Company B and they do 301 redirect is CompanyB.com listed 1st for this keyword or I listed 1st and when they enter my site they redirected to Company B's site?

How much Company B will pay for this?
How much do I request for this situation and how will be my request mail?

And I forgot to say Company A and Company B leader of the their market and big companys

If u answer this questions this will be great. Thanks for advance.

your post is a bit obscure but i think i understand what you are trying to say without saying specific details.

I would contact the owner of the site you want to sell to and ask them strait out would you be interesting in buying this domain? Wait for a yes or a no. They say no you have your answer.

If they say yes, then its your decision how much your willing to let your site go for a specific amount of money. If your going to try and prove its worth to this company, well hope you are currently generating revenue & traffic with this site and send them the details.

If the company owner is not a internet marketer they will not see potential, only what its currently doing right now.

Honestly your best bet is to "act" like you don't know anything about the value of your domain. Wait for them to shoot you a number, it may be something more then what you wanted. If your trying to figure out its worth without setting up shop on the site, look up the keywords cost per click for everything your ranking for and then estimate the traffic values from the keyword position of your site [#1 position = 80~60%] of total traffic estimates [traffic number * cost per click] to get a low estimate. Do this for each keyword-subkeyword and only for the ones that have adwords ads. Add up the totals to get minimal domain worth.
