I am planning on selling a product that helps with knee pain. Just a super simple contraption that will in no way require an extraordinary amount of effort on the user. But I like to be on the safe side. What sort of disclaimer do you guys usually use in order to prevent people trying to email you saying that they got injured and they are suing. Do you right a short "the information on this site is bla bla and people should consult their doctors first before trying any bla bla bla"

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Are you the manufacturer of the product or are you an affiliate. For an affiliate not much really, for a manufacturer theres alot of legalese especially if its a consumable. Since your product isnt a consumable its much less. There are some people that sell without any notices. Just dont make claims that you cant prove like "will heal you of the gout in a week" thats how that vibrating ab contraption got sued and shut down.
