I pay my affiliate more than my own profit which I earn 7++ whereas my affiliate if make sale they will earn 8++

    Do you feel is ok?

My theory is simple as long there is sales , my affiliates able to sell my product, I don't mind they earn than my profit earn minus the commission I give them.

I remember selling an eBook from clickbank years ago that cost ~$27 and I made ~$18 per sale. There was huge competition in a small niche, so I guess they price-battled against each other. iirc the other even had a higher share for the affiliate but I liked the landingpage of the one I promoted a lot more and sales/conversion rate were pretty good too.

Just see it from the side that if you lowered the commission, maybe no one would promote it and if you even raised it, maybe you would get more people selling or the active ones trying harder to sell even more. In the end paying out more, makes you more money too. Because 10% of 100,000 is more than 30% of 10,000 ;)

If your product is an ebbok or any other digital product it is more than okay, most companies pay 60-70% or more to their affiliates.

ok I stick to this, as mention I don't mind to give my affiliates more than my profit per sales :) As they do the work. I do affiliate other products and I can understand how hard to get sales sometimes.
