So I've been creating some digital download products to sell on Fiverr, writing niche PLR articles, graphic template, ect.

I haven't started selling yet but I want to get 20 huge packages together first to out-do my competitors by 800% and a huge amount of bonuses (and for the extra $$$$ they can buy) and hit it hard upload 1 gig a day.

But I didn't realize that some of these products end up being over 1-2gigs

So would I have to upload 1-2gigs every single time?
I don't really wanna send a passworded link from a download site cuz they can just send/leak the pass

    Any tips?

Can use transferbigfiles.com, there you can password protect your files

If you really don't want to upload every time you deliver, you will have to use your own server or thrid party server to host and password protect the files, then once you deliver, tell your buyer that the password will expire in 24- 48 hours. Then change the password of the file, this i think is much easier than uploading it everytime.

What about making your own membership site? I believe there's plugins for Wordpress, so that's one option.

Once they buy your gig, you create/activate their account and give them access to downloads (self hosted).

Ultimately though, if someone wants to rip it all and upload it somewhere themselves, there's not a great deal you can do.

it's a pain in the ass

it would be a good idea for fiverr to create an internal filehost where you can store your files and when a buyer orders, just send the link instead of uploading the content again and again
for the 20 percent they take from every order, it would be the minimum they can do for their sellers

once i asked the support about external filehosts, they said a categorical NO
it's even in their TOS, that everything - including the file exchange - should be performed exclusively inside fiverr's system
despite this i'm using external hosts from time to time so far w/o any problem

This guys sounds like a reseller. How do you mean writing niche PLR articles? You have millions of these, nobody is writing that, you scrap it from the net. You write original articles, not PLR. And, regarding graphic template, are you for real? I bet you downloaded thsoe templates from graphic river like everybody else on Fiverr.
