Seller (BusinessMachine) Not Providing Services As promised

    I purchased some Google Listings from a seller here @BusinessMachine, he provide me 14 days replacement if any of my listing goes down. 1 of my listing down after 3 days when he delivered me and i asked him to replacement then he said I didn't remove his email as owner that's why this happened. he said i forget to remove his email that's why this happened. he said he gave me instructions before so this is not his mistake.
    He never gave me any type of instruction for listings that i need to remove his email from the listing otherwise listing will suspend and never tell me that about it.
    My first listing was as a test which he gave me (I got login after 2-3 days when listing published) and i removed his email from that - It's a common thing as everyone wants primary owner access for his listing.
    After that i ordered for 2 more listings and got the login details and i didn't remove his email as owner from both listings. Within 3 days 1 listing goes down and i asked him for replacement then he said he already gave me instructions that i need to remove his email - That's why listing suspended and he can't do anything now.
    i told you him that he never said like that and never gave me instruction to remove his email from the listing then he said "You knew it as you are already purchasing listings from someone else too"
    He is making excuse and after many conversation he said that he don't provide listings himself, he purchased from someone else and he just earned the profit between.
    So this is a request to BHW team please take a look here and help.

    i want to go with your instructions. I mean you watch everything.
    if he wants to complete the order i don't have any problem but i want he update here for everything not on Skype.

    the first thing i didn't purchased the service via your thread. You message me that you are offering this service.

    It's a request @BassTrackerBoats that i don't want to compromise more with this seller as you can see in all skype chat that i tried to give him many chance but he really don't know - how to treat with a buyer.
    I am sending him message from 2 days on skype and he is online - but he ignored my messages.
    Now i really don't want to compromise with this seller.
    I need my refund.

    @BusinessMachine - until this is sorted you cannot sell on BHW and in addition to that should I see you snipe a buyer from another sales thread again I'll have no choice to ban you.
