I´ve been using sell wide cloaker for about a year with lots of traffic,
I have it hosted in hostgator,,,,,,,,,,the problem is that hostgator
upgraded the whole site and suddenly my sellwide cloaker stopped
    working
I dont know if this has to be with htaccess, the thing is that this cloaker
works through cgi-bin and is really a very good source of traffic
I reallly reccomend it and I am willing to give a copy to whoever helps
me to make it function again

Actually I am using a Search Engine Cloaker software and works fine
but The Sell Wide Cloaker also works fine

    Thanks

A strange symptom: with sellwidecloaker I still get google attention, I get 4 to 5 positions at page 1 but when I real user clicks, It does not redirect the user properly, instead gets a 404 error page at a nasty hostgator ad,,,,,,,,I already did a fix on this but not the right one, I generated all this pages and put em in the real directory where you get the cloaked pages and put a redirect on each of them
So meanwhile i fix this but I am not making this cloaker work

I too have had the last three weeks wasted working out WTF hostgator did with their upgrade.

Hundreds of errors in log files due to their changes both in wordpress sites and non blog domains.

I spent three weeks checking out why "Peelaway Ads" were no longer showing on my sites yet all the files were the same as before the upgrade.

Finally 15 emails later an honest reply and correction of the change "Okay, it looks like those particular files were triggering the mod_security system, which was tightened a bit when we upgraded" now I have to have all future sites whitelisted if I install "Peelaway Ads" on them and these were simple php files.

I had also used so files cgi on other sites and these too were not working but hostgator admins fixed this no explanation provided.

    Hope this helps
