I have a membership site, while I populate using PPC.

I need Some Self Liquidating Offers During Signup so I recover my initial cost (Around $2/member)

Later I Plan to Email-Market The Crap Out of Them, But Need Some Co-Sign offers at registration to keep doing what I am doing.

You havent specified your niche. what kind of traffic are we looking at.
Are you using Aweber? Are you using Interspire?
If you are doing legit mailing with a proper list check out Peerfly. They have amazing offers that you can link to if you want to make some of the registering costs back. You can take an offer and Iframe it in the registration funnel.

It is deals/discounts niche. I do have peerfly But I'd like to Get some money back instantly before I start mailing them(When they signup)

The Flow is: PPC -> Traffic -> Signup Page

Now I'd like To have 2-3 offers which I could put into signup page (with some checkboxs / radio buttons or something) is that possible?
