For community Updates i.e. any update applicable to all our clients we will do it for free , not exceeding 10 Hours of coding per month
For Private modifications i.e. any update which only apply to your account will require additional cost of $10 Per hour
FAQ :
1) Is this Completely Self Hosted?
We will install all scripts and Database in your own Server . But there is a licensing system built in this system. When you are login to your panel, it will connect to our licensing server.
2)Is this a managed service ?
Partially yes. We will take care of your server managements (Technical Side). we will not manage your Blogs or Articles etc
3) What kind of VPS you require to host this platform ?
This depend on your requirement.
Example Budget scenarios :
a) If you wish to host up to 100 Simple Blogs or 100,000 Posts (with no automation) then a simple VPS of 2GB ram is enough.
Example Pricing :
Hetzner provide 1 Core , 2Gb Ram , 20GB SSD at about $4 per month.
Vultr provide 1 Core , 2Gb Ram , 55 GB SSD at about $10 per month.
b) If you wish to have some automation like "Automatic Keyword extraction' and 'Automatic Interlinking between posts' then you might want to purchase atleast 4GB ram server\
Example Pricing :
Hetzner provide 2 Core , 4Gb Ram , 40GB SSD at about $5.30 per month.
Vultr provide 2 Core , 4Gb Ram , 55 GB SSD at about $20 per month.
All components of the platform can be installed on a single server or split in to several server depending upon your usecase..
Example : If you wish to have multiple IPs for your Blogs then you can purchase a server with multiple IP address.
OR
purchase several Tiny VPS of $2 - $3 per month . Ram and storage doesn't matter for these server. we only need to install reverse proxy system in these tiny servers to utilize their IP addresses.
(this is what we do. Plus you can also install private proxy software on these servers )
What's the refund policy?
We will share live System demo with you so you may check all the available functionalities. Only if you are satisfied with the demo system we will accept payment from you for setting up the system on your server .
After setting up the system we cannot refund you as the server setup takes several hours of manual work.
As this is subscription Based service .You may choose to unsubscribe from our service any time you want .
Also, in case we are not able to deliver the platform from 72 hours of purchase (Excluding Weekends i.e. Saturday and Sunday, IST ) , you are eligible to ask for full refund.
