Seeking small yet POWERFUL Scrapebox Rapid Index List

I am looking to Rapid Index about 20,000 complex URL High PR Wiki & Web 2.0 pages linking back to my homepage, and I am seeking a POWERFUL yet small (25 to 100) Rapid Index Services list. Can anyone help me with this?

I once read that Quality is better the Quantity even in Rapid Indexing. I have the list of 5k Rapid Index Services for Complex URL's, but this thing takes forever. Please give advice and any list that can help me?
