Seeking pro who knows the exact protocol required to open a new FB ads account on a computer that has been banned. I am not 100% sure what elements FB tracks. Been doing research but getting mixed feedback, information.

Anyone who has done this before successfully, please get in touch.

Use a private dedicated proxy, make sure the date/timezone settings on your computer match that of the IP that you'll be using. Spoof your MAC address. Clear cache and delete all cookies. You'll need to go in and delete your flash cookies manually as Facebook is known to use a .sol cookie. Disable Javascript as well. I'm not an expert in this area, but having done all of the above it would be nearly impossible for them to link you with your banned computer. You'll also need to use different sign up information as well obviously. Someone can feel free to chime in, or add to what I've wrote here, but I believe that should wipe all traces for you so you can start fresh.

What akacash said should work, although I doubt it's neccesary to spoof the mac. I doubt facebook uses it in authentication but I don't use fb so don't know.
