    Hey, I am looking to start up an incentive site ASAP (as soon as i can get access to a script). I am looking for one individual who would like to do a 50/50 partnership. I am very serious about this project, and would only like to hear from others who are also serious. I have many of the details already worked out, and am very motivated.
