    Im looking for a sms micropayment company such as zaypay or zong which is ok with black hat methods.
    My goal is to make people pay to join my website letting them think they will get access to imaginary events.

    What is the idea? To send mass SMS to people and invite them to partake in a "fake" conference, event or festivals? Link them to your website through the SMS?
