Sorry for my late response.
For the frontpage you require about 80-100 votes in a "short" timeframe.
Also those accounts need to be prepared well, they need to look distinct and "human" as the FP is moderated!

So basically it means work. You can not expect to launch the tool, push 100 votes and land on the FP, if you do it like that you'll get the accounts banned in one slash.

If you want to push to the frontpage you need more than a few.
Try put 50-100 Diggs within 12 hours on your article/story, that will likely push it to the moderation queue.
If the story is ok you've a chance.

Oh, I know that, but I hired a service to get 200 Diggs and was askin for any extra push from your power accounts.

The service delivered 200 diggs, but they were crappy. You could tell simply by seeing the "People who Dugg this also Dugg..." section. Bunch of crap.

Your program is clearly the way to go - develop natural-looking power accounts. They might not be the best accounts if they're not doing tons of commenting, but they're still better than the crap I had.

I only want something to get dugg every few months or so, so I'm not going to spend time every day with your app and paying for proxies (sorry!). But still, if one of you guys offered a quality service with these well-created accounts, I'd be more than willing to pay.
 
Maybe try the right board here on BHW to hire someone, many people have seo-proxies licenses
If your story was digged by a lot of crappy accounts it might lower your chances to get it through moderation, even if good accounts digg it now.

You might want to restart from scratch.
You can create a new story with the same domain by just adding something to the URL.
 
So I can only create 1 account a day and make 1 vote a day unless I buy proxies from your service. Even if I bought the rookie at 10$ a month I'd only be able to do 2 accounts and 2 votes a day?! Am I getting this right? What good is that?
 
Sorry for my late response, missed your question.

You are right, it is limited by the fact that Digg requires unique IPs per posting and double usage of an IP for different accounts is not suggested within shorter timeframes.

If you don't want to spend anything you are limited to a single account (you can try create a new one daily too of course).
It is still useful as you can also do useful stuff with a single account and it's faster than by using the original digg forms.
 
Those without license can use it within the limits one IP has, it's still useful. (At least I never liked to log into Digg to post/vote something, it's too many clicks)

I will consider to add different proxy support but that's no priority as you can guess.
