Second life money making system --$$$$$$

For those who knows how second life works and own a little land there.(i haven't done this myself. i found these sites online and sharing it here)

OK the idea is simple not that hard. people on secondlife trade with linden dollars. they need money to buy land, join groups, buy house etc.

Idea is to give them free linden dollar if they fill out our zip submit or other incentive offers. here are two companies that offer such affiliate program.(you can find more simply google it )


both sites are owned by cpalead.com as far as i know

you simply take their ATM ( affiliate link in virtual world ) and put it own your land ( in short your website in real world ).when some one use your ATM to get free linden dollar you make money.

if you do not want to be sub affiliate of the companies above than you can create your own service like they have. simple hire a programmer from freelance site like elance.com ,rentacoder or any other you like.

This is a good idea, but it all comes down to how many visitors you get to your Second Life pages. You have to find ways to promote yourself and that's the tricky part.

You can buy advertising but that's pretty expensive if you're just starting out.

I thought about doing this a while back but could not find any decent ways of getting the word out about my "money tree island" or whatever the hell they call them.

I was looking into doing something like this for 3 different virtual sites. I believe that it would make a lot of good money. I guess somebody else thought about it. lol

You can ewhore in second life as well for some quick cash . Not recomended but you can do it . I heard strip clubs pay about as much as working at a regular job . Not sure about that though .

edit: now i remember my first days in sl, when i tryed to make those offers to make some bucks there, the thing is u make very little money.. you would need TONS of people to make some nice bucks, wich imo is extremly hard to do in second life. i wont do this anymore, i am sure i make more money in SL with my clothing stores on autopilot (i dont play anymore, i just cashout ocasionaly)

@valwardon, yes thats true, but the ones who make ewhoring for GOOD CASH are actually girls, and they do mic/web. no mic no web just chat, is payed very little.
strip clubs sucks.

I have a friend that has a girlfriend that ewhores on SL and she makes very good money. I'm not sure how it works completely.

you can create a website offering a free linden dollars and promote it in real world (you know how to get traffic in real world ) tell them go to xyz shop in secondlife and get free linden dollars or advertise your shop or whatever you own on seconlife forums ( there are lots of out there ). this require little works but you can make few bucks out of it.

@rapidloot: none.. trust me , it takes some time until u learn the game and the best places to hangout (im talking here for people willing to spend $$) and after that u will see you dont have success at all..

@patrick the best way to make money in sl is to do whatever ur good at in real life. im a graphic designer, so i made a photography studio with editing profile pictures , and then before i retired from game, i made 2 clothing stores wich gives me income even today.
clothes is the "best" industry in second life.

just dont expect u make much, i strongly suggest you to continue doing whatever you do here and i am sure you make more money, because sl gets you addicted...

I've been on SL looking into the whoring biz... what i found out is that it's quite complicated... first you need to buy yourself some nice skin, hair etc.

Then if you really wanna make good money... you will need to buy some ad space.. there are TONS of places to buy ad space so i really didn't know which is the best ones.

I googled info about these SL ewhoring... and read that a top-notch SL escort makes about $12 to 15 per customer.. each deal goes at least for 45 mins to an hour. I don't know how anyone can make BIG money with this... anyone got more info?

That's not a lot of money at all. Hmm...I wonder how having a night club and charging one linden to get in or say 20 lindens a month or fill out an offer for free admittance. It would have to bad a really nice hoping club. I'm just throwing things out here.

As for e-whoring on SL, why not try to talk them into signing up for your cam girl affiliate link? You'd make more money that way. Plus you wouldnt have to be a hot girl, just know ones profile name on the site.. I guess

Exactly. I came across a product that went into detail on making money with this, but it was way too convoluted for me... especially since I didn't understand or play the game.

I say we all put our heads together and figure out a way to drive some traffic to our sponsors and make some cash off of this game.
