I was wondering if anyone from search engine cloaker is a member here? i had sent emails with pre-sales questions and never got any responses. has anyone on here ever dealt with this company? is this the normal way they handle support over there? wondering if anyone has ever had any problems with them or their support before i make a decision to buy something from them.

He does answer but its going to be a short one sentence email 2 weeks from now. Go to the forums over there, its not very active but there are some helpful members who answer most questions.

I am sorry about that. First off, I should have deferred to local members, and secondly I also use it. That was a knee jerk rubber stamp and I apologize for that.

thanks for the answers everyone, but i kind of already answered my own question by looking at the script i downloaded from this forum LOL. i guess if thats what it took to get my answer, so be it.

i do have another question though, how important is it to use some of the other addons instead of just the basic install and the static addon? will it really make that much of a difference?

You need the template addon.
That would make a big difference.

I have found value in each of the addons depending on what I am trying to do. I think the extractor could get me in more trouble than its worth.

Has anyone posted a source for the videos that is still up? I really enjoy SEC but after buying everything there is and watching the price go down every week, Im done spending money on it.

I bought it with an add on about 3 yrs. ago, but don't think I used it right. Didn't notice any difference in traffic. I don't even use it now, but like michel stated most people do not use it correctly. I think I was one of those people.
