    I wonder how many people are going to be complaining that the government is trying to ban bitcoins now, forgetting that ponzi schemes are illegal no matter what kind of currency you use.

    The feds SAY the man ran a Ponzi, that's not the same as being guilty as charged, where's the jury verdict? And how can the SEC accuse somebody of running a Ponzi using Bitcoin if the same government is not even acknowledging BTC as a legitimate currency?
