Hi I am Chris and I am a victim of the monster we call PayPal. To cut the long story short, I ended up losing a lot of money. I am currently looking for someone trustworthy to receive/send payments through his PayPal account.
He would then proceed to transfer this amount to my Moneybookers (Skrill), Payza (Alertpay) or payoneer account.

The person I am looking for will:
    1- Be trustworthy.
2- Have an verified and active paypal account
3- Have a Skrill, Payza or Payoneer account.

If you are interested in helping someone out, please leave a PM with the following details:
1- You paypal account status and age (How long have you been using paypal)
    2- Your charges.
3- How do you suggest we build trust?
    4-Your Skype ID

Any suggestions in this regard will be welcome.
I will be waiting for your response.

    Thank you :)

The sums aren't supposed to be large. I am talking about a few clients who won't agree to go any other way.

Thank you for helping me clarify yet another point.

BTW I am not sure how my geography has anything to do with the problem at all. And no, I am afraid your sixth sense has failed you.

That's a great idea. Can you point me to an established money exchange site? Most of them are shut down by paypal.

OP, this thread tells me one of two things:

    1. You might be a Scammer
    or
    2. You might get Scammed

I wonder which will turn out to be true.
