In the past you could get more then 1 domain for free as long as you registered them that same day with the same credit card. Then if you wanted to get more another day, you needed to use a different credit card.
It may have changed, but it's worth a try.

you can reg one domain per company, guess you could always fake the info but the info for the CC needs to be verified with different emails

I use a lot of .infos and many are PR3. However, when I buy expired .infos I get into trouble. i have a decent site (all unique articles) but is still not indexed or showing links after 2 years but have lots of links in yahoo.
