Lets say there is a keyword you found, and no sites registered with the keyword in the domain. You want to start a site, but you aren't sure of competition.

(This is in reference to market samuari. I'm not sure if the other systems are different but that is what I am uisng.)

In general, what is a good search to site ratio that would allow you to monetize well without battling for a heavily searched keyword rankings?

    i.e: 500 daily searches / 25,000 competing sites

In the Market Samurai training videos they reference as a new site you should look for SEOT - min of 80
    PBR - Min 15
    SEOC - max 30,000
    SEOV - min of 30

    I hope this helps
