There isn't enough traffic there to make it even remotely worthwhile. Why waste time on any search engine besides Google and Bing?

No, not even looked at it...
BUT THAT WILL BE AN ABSOLUTE GOLD MINE!

I imagine it will not have any penalties for spam or it will not be able to serve up any results... Or you just pay to be reinstated...

I was thinking along the potential gold mine lines too... at least for the next few months.

Gantz: The traffic is tiny compare dto bing or whatever other search engine of course but thinking of the site in terms of just being another site instead of a search engine as such it has a lot of potential for those that get in their first and game it.

The porn industry spends an immoral amount (see what I did there?) on referral fees and spam... If these guys build a place that people - even a couple of hundred thousand - use to find pervy stuff and either get referral fees from the sites or indeed have sponsored ads... They will be minted.

Well, guess what. They invested tons of money in domain name and promotion, and then Cutts ruled out a new update aimed against EMD.

They are not even listed now when you search for "search xxx", in spite being mentioned by sites like techcrunch.com.

You guys have to realize that the porn industry does NOT support the .xxx extension. Although there are some people using it far and away .xxx has been a failure that has mostly capitalized on defensive registrations, and a .xxx search engine is never going to amount to much.

I think it has potential. Ultimately porn websites will be forced to use the xxx extension. If one can build a successful xxx search engine it will be a gold mine.
