    Hi Guys,

I have used these in the past and they certainly do seem to index my pages in good time. However I've read mixed opinions on submitting XML sitemaps to google, yahoo etc People say it could be detremental to SERPs

Any opinions? Is it a good idea to submit a fresh one each time you grow your site?

A sitemap certainly helps. and an updated one is better since the search engines download your sitemaps pretty frequently.

put your http://www.48g.net/sitemap.html in the robots.txt file so search engines can find it
34 fucking incoming links for a 60k page site? come on, your gonna need to pull some links out of your ass to index this beast
are you doing regular pinging? of the sitemap and an rss feed that rotates your pages? or are you just throwing shit into the wind and hoping it hits something without thinking it through? what is http://www.48g.net/sitemap.html <-- this crap? too many links on a page, unless you feed that page on its own a k or 2 of links you aint gonna get shit for having it
all those stupid lyrics searches at the bottom of the frontpage arent helping you either, you should be raising big ass spam flags

do not pass go, do not collect 200$...

Are these 60K pages static or autogenerated?
