How much do you charge for natural SEO services?

In EU many companies charge about 2500? a year which I think is on the high side

$500/month for 3 page 1 keywords. Additional keywords are $100/month. Then I have upsells for video and article marketing services.

That indeed is alot of money, I'm happy to know that for him 500$ + 100$ extra seems to be normal because I was thinking that my SEO provider was ripping me off.

For that kind of money, he'd better be able to guarantee results. I work in that range for new clients but, I know I give them ther value for the money. However, I don't do the ' charge by the keyword bit '. Sure, there are limitations on how many I'll work but not that slim of a package. Too many different factors to hash out apples to oranges anyway, as everyone has their unique style.

I only get paid once they're on page 1 and only as long as they stay on page 1 which is why I charge what I charge - and why they pay me.

That's cool if that's what you are doing and getting for it. Not sayin' you aren't nor knocking your methods. Just saying it is a different approach is all.

There are people that I have known for a long time that charge WAY more than that but, I think they are over charging though...heh.

yep, differences make the world go 'round. I've seen people who charge less and I've seen people who charge more. And my charges vary. My last proposal was for $2500/month so it just depends on the client.

$1500/month for the basic package for 5 key words - and up to $10k/month for the higher end clients.

I'm trying to sell SEO services in Europe starting at 2500? a year for natural search engine listings.

Wow... I guess I'm a low end guy! Most of my clients are between $200 and $500 per month. As long as they continue to pay me I will keep adding keywords for them. It works for me because I do tend to keep clients pretty long-term. They don't feel like I'm always charging them extra. It's a little more work... but not much!
