    They are coming across like it is "news" when it is really just instructional.

    Maybe the title could have been more along the lines of How To Use Citations For Local SEO or some such thing.

    It is just a little disingenuous.

    Yep I agree, but in my opinion this is nothing new to the SEO industry and the news outlets that cover it.

    I'm noticing more and more that there is usually a long delay on announcements, algo changes and tactics that us insiders find out early on compared to what the general public learns by the time that Moz or Searchengineland announces them 1-2 years later!

    Long live BHW and the contributors that make this forum what it is today!

    Let's face it. SEL have been regurgitating content for a while now and the proper news is nothing more than the latest tweets, fluffed up from people who work at Google etc
