Search console URL inspection tool problem

Hello, Since the Google search console is back again on Dec 22nd I'm trying to index my site URLs manually using inspection tool which has 50 URL limit everyday. But after submitting 5-10 URLs only it showing that "Quota limit exceeded". Here anyone faced an issue like this please share your experience and how to solve this.
