Are the tools in 3w.se0m0z.0rg - worth the $49/month "pro membership" fee?

    I am a member (about 18 months).

To answer your question: Yes and no ( on a few recent occasions I could not used the tools because they were buggy).

Could you accomplish elsewhere the same thing with free tools, most likely.

Personnally, one feature I like about the membership is the possibility of asking one private (or 3 public) questions per month. I always used the private function (I like to keep things private...) and 2 answers that I got help me a lot ($$$).

If you can afford it, you could try it for a month.

    Voxclan,

I guess from your response that the guys answering the questions know what they are talking about. Now, the questions that you got answers for - could you have gotten those answers here on BHW?

In other words, what is the benefit of asking them questions vs posting the questions here (besides the privacy aspect)?

Privacy is the big thing. And obviously I don't think there is much privacy here in this forum ;)

Of course, they have to know what they are talking about. Was I satisfied with all my questions, NO. But as I said, on 2 occasions, the answers I got generated a great ROI:) ( but I would be stupid to pay $49/month for 18 months if i felt that these people were not SEO qualified ;) )

I gave it a shot and I was really disapointed.
There are good resources all over the place that are free.

About assuming that these guys know what they are talking about, I think they do mostly. I also think that there is nothing outstanding for this price by a long shot.

It's a lot of buzz for people that in fact, like everyone else have no clue about the real search engine ranking systems. They guess, and put it in a way so it looks good.

I will not renew, not worth it at all.

Additionally, what kinda business model is that? If they had real competitive advantages wouldn't they already be millionaires? Or are they just so self centered egomaniacs?

Also I hate people that use .org in a For-Profit model, it's very dishonest from scratch.

Bottom line, if you find what you need there, good for you - but don't keep your hopes too high, no secret there, no magic, and all can be found at many other places for free.

They do offer a 100% money back guarantee within the first 30 days. So if you really want to try it out you can, and if you aren't satisfied just cancel your account.

Although like voxclan said they do have a neat question and answer thing going on. You can even look at other members past questions and answers and that will provide you with more help then anything else on their site.
