After all doing all CPA offers in WH and BH way, and to get familiar with how the scrubbing thing takes place, I often wonder about this one issue. Y'see, I'm doing PPC a lot for my CPA traffic, and before I hit that launch button in my Adwords Editor, I always had my AMs to install my Adwords Conversion Tracker. I'm doing heavy in email/ZIP submits. I always find that the conversion report in my CPA account vs Adwords' is somewhat accurate with 1 - 2 conversions off. I think that's because I set my Adwords account time setting into my local time zone (bad idea, btw) So, if advertiser (or CPA network) scrubs an offer (like this thread explains), wouldn't my adwords conversion tracking shows a wide discrepancy vs my CPA account report? Or the advertiser can choose when to fire up the conversion tracking so it can go hand-in-hand with my CPA account report? Am I missing something here?
