So I blasted a squidoo with only like 300 comments with SB, got removed for building spam backlinks to it. I would do book marks, but we all know how much of a pain in the ass that is compared to hitting it with SB. Anyone have recommendations for web 2.0s that are useful that I can blast with SB and how much SB should I use?

How do you know that is the reason that you were removed? Did they tell you?

Anyhow, you can try building article links to it instead.

First off, threads like this are extremely misleading.

Automation software is not the problem, it is the user.

If you shot yourself in the foot with a gun and then told someone"the gun shot my foot"...I'm sure you get the point.

If you mean that Squidoo deleted your site for building backlinks, then your lens was not high quality enough. I have had this happen on very rare occasions, and it was always one of my low quality buffer lenses that got removed. Building lenses solely for the purpose of filtering your low-quality links to your money site is not as effective anymore.

    1. Squidoo and most popular web 2.0 sites have been well aware of people using their sites as buffer sites which is why they delete them when they see them. The only way to effectively use web 2.0s as buffers for the long-term is to build your buffer sites as if a real user was building it. You should also make every effort to ensure that your buffer sites appear to have no relation to your money sites.

    2. There are countless threads on here about how to use SB effectively. I suggest you do some research in BHW.

    3. Bookmarks are just as easy to get as blog comment links. They are not as effective as they used to be, but you should still use them in your linking profile.

Again, tools are not the problem; it is the user.

How do you make your buffer site look unrelated? Dont you drop a anchor text link in there? Do you make your squidoos off topic from your Money site?

Then dont blast your squidoo with 300 comments at one shot. No point in doing that as it looks unnatural. You obviously raised a flag in their system by bringing attention to yourself too fast too soon. Ive never seen a squidoo with that many comments.

    squidoo != yahoo msg board

I use Squidoo rather effectively and do a lot of manual commenting. As a matter of fact, I network with other Squids and trade comments with them. I visit their pages and interact with their lenses and they do so in return. Typically, I do this across all 7 of my Squidoo accounts on Sunday mornings and spend just 15 - 20 mins on each one. These backlinks are extremely valuable to me and I am rewarded with good rankings as Big G loves Squidoo.

This has worked so well for me that it has even created some unusual relationships with other users of Squidoo. I have actually developed a couple JV projects as a result that netted me several thousand dollars each over the course of several months time. Many of these projects spanned across other platforms and included Hubpages, Blogger, and Wordpress mainly promoting many affiliate products, Clickbank products, Amazon/eBay/Etsy items, and Amazon associates. I consider it time well spent.

Scrapebox is fantastic and extremely effective but it is just another tool. Use all of your tools with care. I use SB to do tons of other work that I consider quite tedious or just to automate a few tasks.

What content did your squidoo had? Highly-spun article which makes no sense to anyone?

    ScrapeBox causes nothing.
Your usage can cause some damages...

I highly believe that SB did not cause your lens to be removed. It's just that Squidoo has been very strict with spamming their own community. They are already against selling through their lens. If you're selling blatantly on Squidoo then you don't have a chance with them. I have been using Squidoo and earning from their lens but those lens have been their for 2 to 3 years. I have never edited them because if I did it wouldn't pass their standards. So I left them as they were.
