Script or Wordpress plugin help

Does anyone know already made wordpress plugin or script that would do following:
1) Client fills out application and gets conformation to email and is able to use it to track a progress
2) simultaneously employee can grab this request and work on it posting the progress along the way

Doesn't WooCommerce offers something similiar? Try look under the keyword "shipping"|"shipment"|"delivery"

As far as I understood woocommerce is for actual products. What i'm interested in is in people filling out a form and this form sort of converts to a ticket which can be tracked by customer and can be updated by an agent.

I did. Problem with most is they don't have custom fields. They have something like "name, email and describe your issue".
And I need person to fillout an application. Preferrably in questionnaire form and then get tracking code where they track progress and updates from agent on this application.

Hmm maybe appointment plugin can do the job as it can handle custom fields

Well that's what I'm currently using. simple optin -> questionnaire (without custom fields and I REALLY NEED THEM) -> thank you page with calendly -> then agent sends separate pdf file to a client to fill it out.
I want to cut the step of agent having to send the file to fill it out. Put these fields along the questionnaire or just substitute it with plugin that does it. And also have an option for agents to fulfill these applications not by phone but on PC.
Kind of like on lendio or lendingclub as an example if I'm allowed to use it
EDIT: Oh and also my current setup totally missing tracking element. So after putting in request people are not able to see what's their current application status.

Ticket system and add the custom fields. I think will be shortest route to those features. GL
