Any scripts or software available to check tumblr availability?

(Excluding scrapebox, shit is extremely inaccurate)

It's not inaccurate. Some Tumblrs can't be registered, some can. They both give the same code. There's no way to determine which can be registered and which cannot without doing it manually or getting a bot to register them.

You can actually code to check if they can be registered after the 404. I don't have a script to do it but I've done it as part of a product before. I'd recommend you ask a developer to make you something.
