Scraping profiles on Instagram (Socinator or Jarvee) doesn't work properly

I just need a tool like Jarvee or Socinator to go through followers of my competitors and scrape based on some criterias I set. The problem with this is that it's a total gamble. Sometimes it works, sometimes it gets stuck in an infinite spiral where it goes through 1000 profiles and can't find 1 match (it's BS, I can pick random profiles that these tools skip through and I always find good matches).

I've tried both tools, both don't work properly. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Is Instagram just blocking my IP address from properly loading pages and that's why Jarvee or Socinator doesn't work?

It's really annoying because I need these lists of potential target customers, so it's hurting my business.

I'd also like to know if there are other alternatives that yield better results

Probably it's a rate limit. How many accounts are you using to scrape? Use more, all with its own proxy.

So I went to check that tool out, but the free trial is broken. Only lets you search yellowpages lol... I'm reluctant to drop $35 on a tool that I don't know anything about. Can you give more details on what this is? Does it work better than Socinator or Jarvee? If it does, I will sign up today.

All I want is to go over an instagram profile's followers, and compile a clean list of customers using criteria (followers, followings, isn't private, only a certain gender, non-business, etc.).

I understand these lists compiled aren't perfect in Socinator or Jarvee, but when these tools work, they work well, so that sometimes 1/2 - 1/4 of the profiles in the list are great leads for my business. That's all I want. It drives me crazy that this is so difficult haha.
