    Hey All,

I'm wanting to venture into the world of RSS, but damn if I can't get a grasp on what all this scraping, importing, burning & pinging stuff is all about. I've figured out that there's two sides to this --- 1) pulling content onto your site and 2) making your content available to others. But past that, it's all fuzzy logic. **HenryHavoc's thread ( http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...-blackhat-site-up-tell-me-what-you-think.html ) was the most eye opening for me, but it's still not "clicking" completely.

I'm a joomla holdout (luv it) and have installed a decent blog extension on a demo site. I'm fooling around with a couple of RSS extensions as well, but hell if I know what I'm doing --- primarily because I'm really not sure exactly what this widget is supposed to do, or what I'm supposed to be doing with it. Unfortunately, most joomla extensions come with little to no documentation.

Can somebody supply me with some good links with "Step-by-step RSS" instructions and explanations. I'm sure if I can wrap my mind around this once and for all, I'll be a big fan of it. But until then...

    Thanks!
