Scraping Google results, avoid captcha / ip sources?

Hi so i see some tools i.e. smallseotools have a keyword position tool. I am building one, i have a revolving TOR ip but most of these ips are blocked from Google (display captcha) how is this guy achieving a consistent ability to scrape?

TOR ips are not very trustworthy for most services. I would recommend using mobile proxies, as well as farming cookies, because Google looks not only at IP addresses.

Currently I run with disabled cookies, is it better to have them active? What do you exactly mean with "farming cookies"?

"Farming cookies" means having the same browser profile and doing things that real humans do, like searching, watching videos etc.
