Hello and happy Friday, I've been working on a custom tool for marketers and would like some feedback.

So far it's a simple program which can generate a list of 100+ leads in just 30 seconds by scraping from Google Maps.

You get most of the business info as well as their email address (if available).

All you need is a good proxy, no captcha solving necessary.

I will be adding bulk location scraping next.

Would you find such software useful? What kind of features would you like to see?

P.S. I can't seem to make the images smaller and all the information shared above is public.

There is already a software that exists that does exactly this I believe. I believe it’s GSA scraper, or something like that, the seller has a thread.

If you are able to share, i’m interested in get it.

Couldn't find any reliable solution and services like OutScraper cost a fortune.

Not that I would find it useful, I would actually use it every day. I am using one custom right now, but looking for more options as well.

This custom tool I'm using pulls all of the data from Google Maps, and then some. From reviews, to days when the place is busy... A lot of data.

But what I'd like to have is an option to scrape the websites from Google Maps directly for emails. Right now I pull the websites out, then use other tools like ScrapeBox and @jamie3000 's AnySoftwareYouWant tools to extract them.

It wouldd be nice to have everything in one place

Sorry for the derailing question but can I ask what your reply rate is like? I know it will depend mostly on how well your copywriting is but I imagine a lot of those email accounts don't get a body regularly checking them, and they're already saturated with spam.

Cool. This gives you two ways of contact: e-mail and telephone. For me, it would be a dream to have something like this, but for clients

The email scraper is already integrated and tries to find an email for every lead. The other options like reviews and business hours are already being scrapped, so it’s just a matter of adding then to the output file. I personally don’t need that information, so left it out.

A lot of you keep saying there is already software exactly like this, but I couldn’t find anything similar. Could you please link it?

I would actually be interested in hearing how people here utilize these leads. Since it's going to be cold calling/cold emailing, how do you contact them in a way that increases conversion? What is your overall strategy for these cold contacts?

After scraping emails from the websites, you will find that It is hard to get the available emails for contacting timely, most of which are expired.

Something just nice and simple! Be happy to give this a try!

That why people use findymail and clay.

OP where is this tool ?

Tool looks clean and simple. I use SEO content machine for this purpose. It has a GM scraper module in it.
