I've been trying to scrape Tik Tok emails using Scrapebox but the results are constantly zero

Can anyone think of another tool specifically for Tik Tok?

I should add that my results with Scrapbox might be due to my proxies being crap - but the same proxies work in other tools

Try a few tik tok pages that you know have emails, but just don't use proxies.

Then also you can try loading the page in a browser with javascript turned off. Also make sure you are not logged into tik tok.

scrapebox does not execute scripts and it can not login, so if you do ctrl+u and you can't see the email in the source code - when you load the page in your browser with javascript off and not logged in - then scrapebox can't see the email either.

At which point scrapebox cant scrape the email.

Thanks @loopline you've always helped me out in the past and continue to do so, so thanks again

I read your comments and I understand that if I can see the emails in a SERP then Scrapebox should too right?

For example, this returned dozens of emails:

Code:
site:tiktok.com/@ intext:"@gmail.com" OR "@hotmail.com" OR "@yandex.ru" OR "@icloud.com" OR "@yahoo.com" AND "USA"

I then do the following steps:

ys-6.png

ys-9.png

And, alas...zero results

So, I simplified the dork to this:

Code:
site:tiktok.com/@ intext:"@gmail.com" AND "USA"

And, that basically just appeared to be doing something but the "completed" bar never went above 0% and nothing seemed to change?

Am I missing a basic setting here?

Maybe more threads?

I should add the the proxies work great on other tools (and "USA" wasn't the keyword - I am just using that as an example)

Thanks!

No I was saying if you can see the emails in the source html of the page its self.

Unless your trying to use the google meta scraper then sure you can get them from the SERP.

Your footprint is probably not working with your ip, meaning google has banned the advanced query for your IP.

but you can try to go to settings >> harvester engine configuration >> import >> download default engines. then does it work?

The proxies you're using likely are blocked by Google or hitting the captcha screen (which I think Scrapebox sometimes erroneously detects in proxy manager as a Google passed proxy).

Try disabling proxies and try scraping to see if you get any results - if you don't, try going to google and doing the search and if it shows a captcha box you've been flagged.

Also note that Scrapebox looks for website links, and (to my knowledge) doesn't scrape emails by default. You would have to buy the premium addon plugin that scrapes emails to get it to process the emails.

There is a basic email scraper in the core of scrapebox that can scrape emails. The premium plugin can scrape the same emails, however it does have other filters and options and an email verifier and a custom data scraper for scraping emails with other data and more.

I ended up paying someone since couldn't get SP to do it. Python and what not.
I hear you - I had to quit as well.

I love the tool - but - it's very difficult to figure out errors and why it just "doesn't work" w/out any error-reporting or logs to figure out

I got zero results when I know there are hundreds of thousands, sure it might be due to the proxies - anyways...
