Is it still a good domain or is it a No Go!!

.

I don't like the stats, I personally won't touch it

Page Rank has not been updated in over a year. It is best to completely ignore all Page Rank values.

Move over to Majestic Trust Flow and TF/CF ratio. You can see that the TF is 0 and the ratio is 0 too. Hence, worthless domain (in terms of back links).

Also metrics are great to filter down from a large number of domains to a smaller set. But before you buy a domain, always check the following manually.

1. quality of back links (from authority site, is site wide, is contextual)

2. website content from wayback archive (was it used before for a pbn, scammy content, did content change radically)

3. is website penalized by google (are any pages indexed, does the website show up in the serps for its name)

PR is dead, it can have 5 PR but have stats of a N/A PR site.

Look at PA, DA, Trust Flow, and Citation Flow.

After that look at the backlinks and anchors for spam.

Good luck OP

Not sure why you're looking at the PR, it probably has PR 0 by now but we can't check that. The values you stated above look shitty, I would personally just leave it.

Just look at the TF metrics, the rest is all crap especially PR (isn't updated for a year and never will be updated again) and DA (is real easy to fool, useless imho)

PR has not been updated since around one and half years OP. Go for TF & DA. Also, SB & GSA guys should consider changing PR column to TF, not sure why they have not still updated it.

may be it was a redirected domain, fake pr :D

did u check wayback machine

Thanks for all the replies. The reason for why I'm looking at PR is because I only have the figures from MOZ, they are worthless if you ask me, Majestic provides much better and reliable metrix than MOZ (My opinion) so, next problem is that I can't find any program yet that integrates with Majestic, seems they all are going for MOZ only because it is free to use!!

Then I read a lot of threads where people are still looking for PR on domains, this has been discussed endless times, so I thought, since scrapebox has the avilability to check for PR then this may be a way to filter domains at first hand for quality.

hmmm...now it seems I have to look for something else... any suggestions?

I just have been aware by the Scrapebox support that majestic paid allows bulk checking of URLS  so problem solved. Scrapebox support is awesome 15 of 15 stars from here.
