Scrapebox RND delay settings

Can someone please explain to me how the RND delay function in Scrapebox works, and why when I hover over where you select RND, it says the settings are in minutes, but when I go to "adjust RND delay range" it's in seconds?

It used to be in mins, but Im just the tool tip wasn't updated. It used to offer a delay up to 10 seconds and then the next lowest delay was 1 minute, so there was nothing from 11 seconds to 59 seconds which is the most probable time needed for a wide array of applications. So it was changed to seconds.
