I have just purchased a VPS to run Scrapebox on.

I am REALLY going to give it a go with my site.

I have some specific questions though, that I could do help with.

    1) What are your thoughts about the domain that you add to scrapebox? Should you build links directly to my site, i.e. www.mydomain.com or another site, that forwards to my domain?
    2) Should I mix the URLS that links are to be built from. For example, I could use scrapebox to create all the links for my site, then add these to the domains to be linked. I think this is called deep linking?
    3) Is there a way to build links using the same list to link to, but it builds one link at a time. i.e. www.mysite.com, www.mysite1.com, www.mysite2.com but all to the same blog i.e. www.edu1.com but for all three of my sites, one at a time, but different comments.
    4) When building links, if I wrote on the domains, my anchor text, does this help, i.e. www.myforum.com Weight Loss
    5) I have already used a SENUKE blast, that has made links to my site. is there any mileage in linking to these domains?

THANKS for your help and assistance.

    Regards

    1. I personally only directly blast my money site with 1000-2000 high quality, relevant blogs. I only do large blasts to irrelevant/general/autoapprove blogs when building links to tier 1 links, web 2.0 properties, articles etc.

    2. That's isn't deeplinking, but I do reccommend it. It will help to get your backlinks indexed and pass extra link juice.

    3. No, unfortunately you can't do this. You will has to do a single blast for each URL.

    4. Put your anchor text as you 'name' for the comments.

    5. Yes, as mentioned in 2 - it will help with indexing and adding extra link juice.

It's a shame that it's not possible. It would have been a very useful feature and make it a better "set and forget" software.

Just IMHO, but I don't really think it's a good idea to turn off your antivirus while doing blasts or anything... It really leaves your system open to malware.

If you are looking for a light weight antivirus I use "Panda Cloud Antivirus". It's a free cloud based antivirus (as could imagine) and doesn't use a crap-ton of resources.

I use AVG and it doesn't give me any issues posting with SB.

SB with a scheduler would be awesome :p, drip feed comments with set and forgot. Hope they implement that in the future.

Yes, I agree! I'd be able to set and forget it for days at a time, rather than logging in to my VPS every 12 hours to import a new site list.

There is a set it and forget alternative to SB (lacking some advanced features) that is in beta right now. I can tell you from experience it is exactly what your looking for. Keep an eye out for it. Right now hes calling it No Hands Seo.
