You need nothing else. Just a PC with windows and you are ready.

You don't need anything else but if you need better performance then you might consider getting vps or dedicated system with high internet speed and bunch of private proxies in future... It's not required but if you want more from this system then you will have to spend more... Anyway it will be good if you start from your home computer and free proxies (must have) and learn first before start spending more...
