ScrapeBox question concerning No Follow Comments

Hi guys, I am about to buy a copy of scrapebox because it seems a great value for money tool but I have a last question before I do the big jump.

Since most blog comments are no follow, how does Scrapebox help your SEO rankings and pushed your website up ? Does it have any decent effect concerning this ? SEO is my main priority at this point and I would like to know if posting a bunch of no follow comments will actually help me for that or will it just build a batch of links that will have close to no effect on my rankings.

There are still high pr blogs with d0-foll0w links, you should spend more time to find those. For the nofollow, you can use them on your satellite sites to get them indexed fast. SB is a good tool if you use it in the right way.

Is there any mod in scrapebox that allows you to find these d0 follow blogs though ?
