Scrapebox Purchase!!! They won't Activate m account and won't answer my messages?

Hi,
I feel really unsettled with what is going on at the moment and hope someone can help me here. I'm not sure if this is normal but I have heard some people comment about great support etc. from scrapebox. I have yet to experience this. I did some research and found this:

Now I'm worried and confused?

My issue is I bought the software, however the default email I no longer have access to. Realized this after purchase. I contacted them before I tried activating via their contact form and no one replied. So, I tried to submit activation with an updated email on file and then reached out to support to inform them.

The software was not activated and the processing activation went away. Since no reply, I mean, It might not seem like much to some but for $97 is a lot. I know some say the price out weight the value but I'm afraid there might be an issue here. Especially trying to contact support.

Can anyone confirm if the site is still active and still worth buying or can provide some info, please?

I figured I would request a refund and repurchase under an updated email. I did and they won't even respond to the email via paypal?

Maybe I'm wrong but this does not seem right and I'm a little skeptical?

@loopline watched a few of your videos before purchasing and it seems you are probably the most knowledgeable person providing guides and assistance.

Can you clarify if this is just a normal producer or I have all right t be concerned?

The activation went live in an hour or less.

Also the software has been recently updated.

The company is alive and doing well as far as I can tell.

Seems you are being a bit impatient, how long did you sent your support request?

Hi @CapSignal thanks for replying. I was thinking I was a bit impatient as well. The first contact and purchase was around: August 11, 2021, at 3:53:53 PM PDT.

@loopline does not work for Scrapebox.

See if @Sweetfunny can help you out.
Hi @BassTrackerBoats thanks for replying and the clarification. I tagged @Sweetfunny in another thread that someone started maybe yesterday. I would have to double-check.

Thank you so much. I saw the discount code but I wonder if it is wise to buy under the updated email and wait for a refund since that transaction was tied to another email I no longer have access to?

Don't worry. It's obviously some glitch when you registered etc. The software is great and updated very regularly. I am 100% certain @Sweetfunny will sort it out.

Hi @BassTrackerBoats it is going on 5 days now and no response from Scrapebox support and no reply from @Sweetfunny
Another member stated that they got their license reactivated about a day or two ago, so, they should be receiving emails. I sent a second email to support email about 2-3 hours ago.

I am extremely surprised at this behavior. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

check your spam folder and whitelist @scrapebox.com
Unfortunately, nothing is in spam they simply not answering my messages and won't deliver what they advertised. I'm not the only one, I see people are complaining about this on the internet.

My thing is, it does not matter who you are, if someone PAID you money, YOU provide the product or service you described UNLESS this is a SCAM or theft. Should anyone have to wait 5 days and no reply to top things off?

I guess a glitch but overall never had any issues or problems with Scrapebox for example I use it most days of the week for example now looking for expired domains among other things.

I was never refunded the $67 after the repurchase.
IF you go buy a sandwich in McDonalds when it's full of clients, you don't cry for the sandwich to be delivered instantly, or do you?

When you purchased you agreed to this:

If you can't respect policy, you don't have to order anything from an online provider.
The person may be on a vacation, it clearly says if anything happens you will get a refund if you ask for it within 14 days.

From what I can see you bought and can't wait, read this
If you do this by sending in crash dumps along and cooperate with our attempts to assist you, and in the event we are unable to get ScrapeBox running on your system we will issue you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. In all other situations we do not issue refunds due to the nature of ScrapeBox being digital goods, and all sales are final. Under no circumstances can we offer refunds because you changed your mind, you no longer need the software, you assumed it done something not advertised, or you found it too difficult there are hundreds of video and written tutorials for you to make this decision before purchasing.

Why order if you can't respect these? Just don't. + you ruin someones reputation for a few bucks.

- Read this, you are not supposed to go everywhere on the internet and cry

If I was @Sweetfunny I'd sue you for brand damages and not respecting policy you agreed on.

@organicpanel I am not even going to argue with you because scrapebox is protected here and you are ready to jump to defense. I did not buy Mcdonald's. I bought software twice as well as tried to communicate with scrape box respectfully to get the issue resolve.

I sent another email telling them I was going to repurchase which I did and plan to buy an additional license. I thought we were all in agreement. But they denied activating the software and denied doing business.

They refund the first purchase but not the second.

I never used Scrapebox FYI. Issues happen and you need to allow the timeframe they stated for their response and stop crying for some beer money, like if they would make a difference to a multi-million software company operating for a decade.
