    Question here.

When i scrape fresh ( anonymous ) proxies from a site and import them to sb i get sb telling me i got many failed proxies, even though i check them afterwards and they work...

So my question is. What does it take to scrape proxies and get them all, or most of them, green when checking in scrapebox?

Check proxygo's posts , he has posted this answer like 100 times :)

    Basically there are 2 problems.
    Google bans proxies
Too many users using the same proxies.

The easiest way to get a high success rate is private proxies. If you are going to use public proxies, then would you have to spend some time to look for the good websites, where the list is updated daily.

But you will still have problems with proxies that quickly fails!

public proxies get blocked fast but the ones shared here last a bit longer. if you really want some good proxies, use private ones. use the search button for the experience of other members with sb and proxies

Use the new proxy harvester instead of the original one.

If you use the original one it checks against google and if google has the ip blocked for their main Google service then scrapebox will fail the proxy.

Go to Options >> Use new proxy harvester - then make sure it is checked.

This will let scrapebox use the new proxy harvester. In the new harvester you can check the box that says ignore google and it will only check for working anonymous proxies.

So with the new proxy harvester scrapebox checks against google (if the ignore google box is not checked).

Then it checks the proxies that passed google to see if they are anonymous or not. It fails any non anonymous proxies.

Then it checks them for their time in MS.

If you ignore google it skips straight to the anon check and then time in MS.

You would use ignore google to use proxies with non google options, like posting, scraping from any engine except google, non google addons etc...

Now scrapebox will only pass anonymous proxies. So if you if you test a transparent L3 proxy manually it may work, but it will fail scrapeboxs test cause it will pass you IP along.

So keep that in mind and that should help you out.

    Hi Guys,

All thanks so much for the replies!

Well the problem is i am building a proxy scraper and when i scrape freshly harvested proxies and i check them in SB they practically all fail.

Problem is, when i use them with something other they just work.

So i wanted to know what triggers the SB checker to give the proxies a greeen light sort of speak.
