Hey all, I am new to SB and bought some dedicated private proxies from BuyProxies.org

So I tested them in the SB Proxy checker, all passed and worked with Google.

Then I used only 1 them with the single threaded (1 connection) harvester and set the results to 100 on 1 keyword.
It worked. So I loaded a few more keywords and used the Wordpress footprint. Before it could even start the 1st keyword of the 2nd scrape, the proxies we're sending Error 302, blocked by Google.

However, when I used the proxy tester again, SB says the proxy works with Google. But whenever I try to scrape with it, it sends error 302...

By the way, I know I should be using public proxies for scraping, but I am curious how mine was blocked after only 1 search with 100 results, using 1 connection?

Thanks to whoever helps me :cool::cool::cool:

I was always under the impression that you needed to use between 13 to 20 proxies for each Harvester/Connection. Is it possible that there were too many search attempts from the same IP too fast?

Although... I wouldn't think it would get banned that fast.

Have a look at this video which was made from the creator of Scrapebox.

U need min 10 proxies for 1 connection. Also rnd delay should be min 35 sec. And stop spamming with multiple threads on the same subject.

Well it depends on the query. I would use 20-30 proxies with 1 connection or use 30-50+ if using advanced operators. Google has gotten really tight. Also if the proxies have been banned before then they will get banned quicker. So private proxies still work fine, but you need a lot more then you used to.

Also different kinds of queries get different kinds of bans and you can have an ip blocked for 1 query and not the next. I have a video here:
