Dont know what the problem is but my scrape box keeps crashing. Its when i run comment poster and the check links feature.

I dont know if its my laptop so here's my specs:

    Intel i3 2.13GHZ (Not OC'd)
    2gb Samsung 1066mhz ram
    250gb hdd
    Windows 7 64 bit

My brother has it running perfectly on his alienware m15x so is it my specs?

    Help is appreciated

On my pc, if the list of comment sites is too big, it will eat up all my ram and crash my pc. I have to stick to lists that are 50k URLs or less.

It definitely could be your RAM, 2GB is pretty low. I run an i5 with 8GB RAM and I can run 2 million urls thru comment poster, and at that point it starts to get iffy. But your OS is probably using 1+GB of your Ram which doesn't leave much. Your processor should be fine. I would just plugin some extra ram and your probably good.

First though I would try to delete your scrapebox install folder and redownload/install it and see what happens.

Well I mean 4GB ram is probably fine, even 3 would help. I can't say scraepbox never crashes for me, but since I went away from my 2GB laptop to my server its much much much better.
