Scrapebox keeps crashing, no response from support

This is getting REALLY frustrating and it's wasting hours of my time and effort. While harvesting URLs Scrapebox is randomly crashing. It's done it at least a dozen times today. It was fine for the first 24 hours. Add to that, the crashlog function is not working so I keep losing all of my work and it's pissing me off.

I tried contacting support and I've not heard anything back.

Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestion on how to fix it or should I just get a refund since it's not working. I was excited initially because it was great but something that only functions for 24 hours before dying is not what I'm looking for.

I have owned scrapebox from beginning. I now have 3 licenses. The software works great. Also has superb support. I am sure sweetfunny will contact you asap...... Have you actually posted in the scrapebox thread asking for help?
Do you have the "crashdump" addon running??

I have the crashdump addon running theoretically but it's not actually doing anything apparently because it has yet to actually create a crash dump for any of the dozen+ times it's crashed.

I sent an email through their support system. I did not post in thread because really it's beyond cumbersome. They really need to start their own forum rather than trying to keep track of so much stuff in a single thread. I would have to read every single reply just in case someone happened to be responding to my question rather than one of the 1000 other questions that are in that thread.

It worked great in the beginning. It was God Sent because it was helping me to complete a project on time. Now I've wasted almost an entire day mucking about with it and praying it won't crash before I can download my harvest.
