I have been running Scrapebox in a VM as a work-a-round to the slow poster problem.

I share the files between the host and VM. In the VM it occasionally tells me that I can't open a text file (name, email, website, comments) because it is in use by another program. No problem, I just give the same command and it opens up.

After a fast poster run I like to reload the fails and shoot through them again before I let the slow poster take over. This isn't possible because when I try to save the "fails" it says the file is in use by another program and crashes Scrapebox. Then it opens up a balloon asking me to tell the SB folks what I was doing so they can fix it.

Anyway, the problem seems to be with sharing the files between host and VM. I am quite sure Scrapebox is working just fine.

Maybe stop sharing the files and just moving everything over to the VM will work.
    Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

I also use SB in a Vbox, but without any problems. Just move the files from host to vbox and you'll be fine
