Scrapebox : how to use the learning mode poster as a contact form submitter?

Thanks ! yes I think I've understood :)
So to sum up I just put the data in the ini with the token you mentioned (and others suiting my needs), and don't care about the 5 boxes. Right?
The list of websites to post on, where do I put it, I think I still must use the 5th box to upload a list (and leave the other boxes empty... but then SB will tell me there are missing informations I guess)?

no not at all. You must load something in the 5 boxes and 4 of them link up with the tokens in the ini.

Anythying BESIDES what you put in those boxes you just put in the ini.

The 5th, bottom box is the list of urls.

Thank you everything is clear now thanks for your patience !

Well that's pretty impossible to make a unique ini file for all WordPress forms, since all websites using WP don't have the same fields in their contact form.

In fact you don't train SB to post on a specific platform you have to train it to post on a specific form, which is very different .
So I don't really see the interest of all of this, since business owners don't use the same contact form fields even if they use WordPress in mass .

SB form poster seems only useful to post on websites that have the *exact same* form fields, which is very unlikely until we are talking about Guestbooks or stuff like that. To contact business owners you need another tool.

That's a pity SB form poster doesn't work like this simple Firefox addon called Auto Fill Form, you just enter all your data in the addon (name, phone, adress, email, zip, etc) and it recognizes each field itself on the contact form.

I think you missed the point.

Wordpress folks don't typically just create forms, they use a plugin. So like contact form 7 has millions of installs, its all teh same exact form.

So if you train the top 5 wordpress contact form plugins in scrapebox, you will have millions and millions of forms you can post to.

I don't understand because even if it's the same form plugin, every website has different fields. Some use dropdown menus, others radio buttons, fields are not labelled the same, some require different informations than the others like entering appointment dates, etc etc... There are thousands possible configs.
So how can you train *all* those forms with a *single* ini file.

If the forms were all the same, like name/phone/message, it would be ok, but it's far from the case. I probably missed something...

No, thats not correct. If its the same form plugin it will be teh same fields in the html its self and thats what scrapebox goes by is the html.

Some will customize the form and add a little extra like a drop down and you can put that in the ini, but the lions share will just be name, email, subject, message.

People configing the forms in the mannor your suggesting is the exception not the rule. When someone isntalls the plugin and they go to create a form, it will create a default form for them, that is what most people use, is the default. you will never get 100% when you are talking a sample size of 1 millon blogs, but you could get 95%+

Please look at these WP contact forms, not a single one is the same, I can't see how you can configure one single ini to post on *all* those forms (and they are WP forms since SB pagescanner identified them as WP forms). I've got a huge list like this, some forms are simple (with the default fields name/email/subject/message) but it's far from the majority, almost all the websites use customised WP forms)

I have done a 1.2k list by hand before using a chrome captcha plugin and auto form filler. Took me 50 hours lol

@loopline hi man, What do you think is the best tool to automate a fill form in a website. I have the data in a google sheet with each field, each row with different data to fill in the form.
So schedule every 5 minutes or random time and fill form with the gsheet data in a targeted website. Do you think its possible with scrapebox? Would I need proxies? Maybe can I use a chrome extension? Thx

I would say you definitely need proxies if you are wanting to submit to the same site over and over.

Scrapebox won't work with a google sheet/excel, but if you can pull the data out of google and put it in a CSV you can then use gsa website contact to submit to teh site, assuming GSA is compatible with the form.

there is a discount for website contact here on BHW, or you can check out the resources page here for links and discount codes

The intent of the contact form poster for Scrapebox was for the user to train up the contact forms that they want to submit to. This works great if you have 1 or 2 contact form types etc.. Or your niche uses a standardized form(s) etc.. If you want to post to 37 different types of forms, that would be a large task to train all those forms.

The ini files are much more powerful and versatile then the old learning mode poster addon, so thats the good news. However it will take a lot of time to train the forms.

If you buy gsa website contact it comes pretrained on all the forms it can submit to and thus really what you are paying for is the time for them to train the forms plus some custom features that are specifically setup for contact form posting. So its time vs dollars. Can scrapebox do it, yes, will it take you more time yes.

Also something worth noting is that gsa website contact can handle some times of recaptcha and scrapebox supports basic image captcha, which may work with old recaptcha, but not with the new ones. I do not have a really great comparison chart though for hte types of recaptcha and scrapebox vs gsa.
Hey Loopline, I just read somewhere that scrapebox can scrape user email addresses from websites. Is this correct? If not, do you knpw of any tool that can do this?
