Scrapebox help please!!!!

Hi,

Love scrapebox, I truly do.

Four quick questions:
1. When all done posting comments, you export the list of url's where your links have been dropped. Question: How long does it usually take you to ping 1,000 urls?
2. Does anybody have a list of ping sites? I would appreciated it much
3. The "quick indexer" feature refferd to, is that the same as the "ping" option?
4. I am using scrapebox to build a "backbone" for my sites. For example: I have a link wheel pointing to my "money site". I run scrapebox and post comments on the link wheel properties. Do you guys use blogengine links, wordpress, ...what is your prefference and why?

Also, @ #1. how come it only takes you 3 minutes to ping 1,000 urls?
(I must be doing something wrong)...

Rapid indexer is really nice for when you want to get a new site indexed really fast. It makes links to your site which will tell google "hey there is a new site I havent indexed yet and a lot of sites are already noticing it. Maybe I should send some spiders there now"

I appreciate it very much, I feel like I am finally on the right track

Now, for the bonus round:

I use EVO II and spit out about 300 Angela's and Paul's type of links.
How do I go about getting them indexed?
All these links are domain.com/my-screen-name

?
