Well if you wanted to manually comment I would do something like scrape for your wordpress footprint (or use the built in one) and then maybe scan the pages with the page scanner and look for the form elements, like some html in the form that shows that there is a comment form. Then I would scan for out bound links with the outbound link checker addon.

Once that is filtered down to where you want I suppose I would use the moz page authority addon to qualify the pages Im after. Then when you find the cream of the crop go load them up and leave a comment.
