Well I normally build at least one more tier and usually two to aim my crazy blasting towards. I try to treat my tier one sites almost as good as my money sites and been having a fair amount of luck doing it that way.

    Low quality links >tier three

    Semi low quality links>tier two

    Decent links> tier one

    Best links>money site

Not meaning to threadjack but Volund, what details do you consider when categorizing links as low Q/semi low Q/decent/best? Obviously it's not tough to know what links are the closest and best to your money site, but the farther you get from the center, the more ambiguous link quality becomes IMO.

to abookyent: volund is right, you'd do best to use scrapebox blasts for links that are farther removed from your money site than just the first tier in the link wheel. try legitimately submitting articles, press releases, and other unique original content with contextual links and other forms of backlinks to your money site's main page. (this will become your strong tier 1) - then use more black hat methods like easily spun articles with backlinks to your tier 1 content (this will become your decent tier 2) - then use fast posting on scrapebox for the tier 2 content as much as you want.

I strongly advise you ask around some more about this process - I am a self-described SEO novice/intermediate, so some of that information may not be 100% accurate. it'd be cool if someone else could chime in about it ITT - I'd like to know how correct I actually am lol :D

Well I generally use the same types of links on my money sites and tier ones.

Lets take blog comments for instance. I use them for all my sites (including money sites) but I filter them more the farther down towards the money site I get. The tier threes get anything, the tier twos I would filter a bit for obl;s, the tier ones and money sites I would filter for obls, page rank (site and page), I usually clean out most of the no-follows etc.

When looking at article sites, I use them a lot as my tier two and three sites but I have a smaller list of higher quality sites that I use on my money sites and my tier ones.

So it is not really a matter of type of link as I use most types all the way through the process but of grading them. It sounds like a lot of work but not really once you get it setup. Most of the process is automated using scrapebox so the actual work is really not that hard or time consuming.

While there is not an exact line it really does not matter. If the tier three sites get some better links it is not really a problem. If a few lower quality links slip through and land on your money site it is really not a problem either.

Does that mean that blasting 100,000 SB/day directly to the competition sites will make them suffer and get lost in SERP?

It's not that easy, point 100k to your competitor and he start to loose rankings, it sounds too easy. Don't be so afraid from the SB links, but use them for 2nd and 3rd tier, 10k to 100links from 1st tier not a problem it is about 100 per link, some people are sending millions of links to ezine articles and still have good rankings. But that is if you have quality not copied content, if its copied google Panda will get you soon or later.

I use them for my 2nd tier, but why doing it if blasting the money site "won't be that easy to loose ranking". It's one or the other. If my competitor will not loose ranking by blasting 100,000/day to it's homepage, why shouldn't do it for mine? And if it's losing ranking, why not doing it?

    Let me re-phrase:
How should I proceed with Scrapebox in order to ruin my money site's ranking in SERP?
