I seem to be having Gmail addresses banned, presumably because people are flagging/reporting the emails as Scrapebox completes the forms.

What emails are best to use for this sort of thing, where it won't get banned and can be connected via IMAP/POP?

I was thinking of just buying a 0.99 domain and hosting it, for this purpose. Would the host get contacted?

Contact form spamming brings alot of heat. I tried it just to see and my host shut me down so I don't even mess with it anymore. If its profitable just get some bullet proof hosting/domains

Why not just use an email on your own domain?

I host my own domains, as you noted, also Ive used yahoo email accounts in the past, but note that I do not actually check emails. I send everyone to a lander, as Im working thru tens of millions of forms and I don't have time for all the auto replies and sorting. So anything that doesn't bounce works for me, but if you wanted to check the email, then use your own domain. Just bear in mind that can get confiscated too, I probably lose a domain a month, and by that I mean the registrar its self, like .top or .xyz etc... will just shut down the domain due to it being on a blacklist. So then I just get a new domain and keep moving.

Ive never had that happen with like a .com for example though, its only the cheap 99 cent domains that get weird. Its dumb. Also some registrars like namecheap like to butt in and stick their nose where it doesn't belong. They have taken away .coms, but the .com registry did not. So I don't use name cheap, they are soft. Like Dynadot, Ive never had an issue with them, knock on wood, but I have had issues the the registry like .top etc... suspending things. So just try it and see, but don't get "too" attached to the domain as you might lose it, which is why you don't use your money domain in a message ever. :)

The abuse came from spam cop so its considered mailing I guess. They turned off the site and told me I had 24hours to get my files. My other sites were not effected. I blasted a 1 million list in 24h and made 10$. Your risk your dedi, sites, and domains just not worth it to me.

I'm trying again with several Yahoo emails instead of gmail.

Most hosts will not shut down all sites, but I always just either buy a vps or a reseller account. Yes domains get canned, and sometimes the whole server, like I ran a vps from 1 popular company and things were fine for like 9 months and out of nowhere they shut down the whole vps. I mean I talked with them and they gave me like 2 weeks, but if you make them show you the complaint you can easily point out that the complaint came from a domain and that it wasn't mail. They will still shut the domain down, but it goes over easier that way. If its a reseller account just blame it on your customer you sold the domain hosting to it is a "reseller" account after all.

But i use some ofshore hosting here on BHW and 1 provider said it would be fine but then it wasn't but another one Ive had zero issue with and going on almost a year now.

I made 5 figures last year from contact form marketing and I hope to clear 6 figures this year from contact for marketing, but Im not sure I will. I went thru a lot of change this year and hiring people and training and various things so contact form marketing didn't get a lot of love, trying to push hard for the rest of the year as Q4 is the most profitable. Time will tell.

It depends on the offer and the message and 47 other moving parts, so takes some trial and error, but I definitely make way more then $10 from a million successful submissions.

    Anyway, your milage may vary

I doubt their warning would be any different.

Big thanks to Loopline - I just hope I don't piss him off too much.

Ive contacted lawyers before, but I only know because I see them in the opt outs. I don't make a way for them to contact me, they go to a lander or something, I mean not call. I guess they can mail me, but Ive never had an issue.

I would assume that a laywer knows its totally legal (unless of course your in a country where its not legal, hehe). But of course that could always change, I think for most lawyers they know there is no legal recourse and its not worth their time, just like its not worth my time. I guess Im very clear about following all the laws with all the legal contact info and easy 1 click opt outs as well. So if you are not providing an opt out or ticking all the boxes of relevant laws, well then yes that can do it.

I also had a client that had his personal cell phone number in a campaign and some guy opted in and it took the police getting involved and it kept happening and then there was recourse where he could be arrested if it happened and again and when the police told him that, he quit, even though it was only 1 message and he kept on harassing my client. Needless to say don't include your personal phone number. :)

Piss of me or the lawyer? You can't piss me off, I worked in retail for 15 years, lol
